This mushroom sauce is the perfect compliment to any steak or other meats including chicken. The second, our Peppercorn Sauce, is the quintessential sauce for steaks and other red meats with just the right level of peppery heat. These classic sauces are made in the traditional way – as with all The Stock Merchant sauces we do not use preservatives, yeast extracts or other flavour enhancers.
