Roast Beef in Red Wine & Garlic
Beef roast in red wine and garlic, simply place on oven tray, cut 3 holes in the top of the bag and cook away. Mess free and cooks in delicious marinade. Cook for 1 hour per kg at 180C, Or slow cook on 100C for 3-4 hours.
Pieces starting from 1 kg upwards.
A 1 kg piece should feed 3-4 people.
