Liquid Smoke is a great flavouring for those who enjoy the taste of a campfire meal or smoked food but don’t have the time or equipment to carry out direct smoking. Liquid smoke is used to enhance the flavour of meat, condiments, soup and vegetable dishes or in marinades.
