Lamb Shanks in Mint & Rosemary (cook in bag)

Place the bag of marinated lamb shanks on a baking tray, cut 3 holes into the top of the bag and bake for 3-4 hours at 100C.

Contains 1 shanks approximately 350g. Add additional  shanks per bag as required. Sooo good!!
